Shipping Policies



GOGOCAMERA ships with UPS and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance  purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

 We will ship to your billing address. The billing address is the address your bank has on file and the address to which your bank mails your monthly statements. We ship Canadian orders to any address within Canada, and Australian orders to any address in Australia. We will ship to a USA address provided you supply complete address information including a telephone number and the address can be verified (to deter credit card fraud and identity theft).

A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt

To avoid higher  than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email, if your order will be delayed.

"Drop-Ship" items will be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you.

Oversized items that don't fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on our location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method

We Ship to New Zealand. Australia. UK, Canada and US

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or
 because it was declined or undeliverable, GOGOCAMERA reserves the right  to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of theundeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

No PO Box

Our couriers (DHL/Fedex/EMS/UPS) are unable to deliver to PO Box. Please update the shipping address in Paypal to a physical address before purchase.

Protection for Orders Over 1000 AUD

For orders over 1000AUD, we require your name (as shown on your credit card) and your credit card's last four digit for verification. This is for your credit card's protection. We will contact you either through phone or email to request that information.

Shipping Address

We can only ship to the original payer and to the address in PAYPAL. No third party and other addresses will be accepted. Please update your shipping address in Paypal before purchase.(B2B Excluded).
